Successful multi-location firm with national operations seeks HR Director to lead the function. This is a major opportunity for the right individual. Your skills must include:

• 5+ years experience in responsible HR positions.

• Ability to lead and set the tone for HR professional staff.

• Deep knowledge of policies and practices in payroll, benefits, and HR policies for major firms.

• B.A. with MA, MBA, or other advanced degree desirable.

• Strong computer skills including advanced MS-Office/Excel such as pivot tables.

• Ability to lead ERP systems implementation for HR (Ultimate Software familiarity desirable).

• Multi-state, multi-location experience helpful.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to operate at the level of key executive.
