Outstanding Hotel-Casino Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Payroll Manager for multiple properties. This is a mid-sized company that provides a positive work environment and may offer opportunities for advancement!

Essential functions include:

  • Ability to organize and manage the payroll function
  • Monitor payroll activities throughout the company to ensure rules, regulations, and controls are followed
  • Manage submissions and compliance with Nevada Labor Commission, IRS Tip Compliance, and the Federal and State Tax Commissions and other agencies
  • Lead the Payroll department in activities such as recruitment, hiring, training, management, and discipline of staff
  • Correct preparation and processing of regular payroll including submissions to reporting agencies

  • 2+ years experience with payroll processing in the Hotel-Casino industry (Required)
  • Experience with Hotel-Casino Accounting and AS-400 systems (Required)
  • CPP or FPC certification or 2+ years experience as Payroll Manager for multiple properties preferred
  • BS/BA in Accounting preferred
